    The goal of “sales enablement” is to ensure that every salesperson is equipped with the resources they need to effectively engage the buyer throughout the sales process. But this goes beyond simply providing training -- it's about aligning marketing and sales efforts, providing valuable content and tools, continuously measuring and improving performance and more. Arm yourself with knowledge, strategies and inspiration to enhance individual sales performance and drive company success in the fiercely competitive new home market in 2025. We’ll explore cross-functional alignment, sales onboarding and training, customer-centricity, sales enablement content, metrics and measurement and leveraging technology tools to equip your sales team.
