    What It's About

    The primary responsibility of a project manager is to get the project built on time, on budget, on quality and with a happy customer. Learn concepts and strategies to help equip our up-and-coming talent to better manage jobs, increase their professional value and bring value to the company and the customer. Explore the role of project managers during each project phase, including pre-construction, construction and post-construction, as we explore best practices for systems, communication, trade management, scheduling, cost, quality, customer service, safety and more.
