    What It's About

Consumer demand and code mandates make high performance a must-have in new home design, but builders must learn how to monetize these features for bottom line profits that last. Three industry veterans take on the challenge, sharing home plans and images to prove that designs with high performance elements, equipment and technology increases profits for builders. The session is divided into three segments: 1) Floor plan design that maximizes energy efficiency, both in new plans and by modifying existing plans, 2) the latest equipment, technology and certifications that builders should be using and 3) building high performance homes efficiently in any market and product type so the investment pays dividends.
