IBS EAC Insurance Form

Your company has been selected by an exhibitor to act as an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) for the International Builders' Show.

BEFORE you will be permitted to access the IBS exhibit floor, you MUST provide NAHB with the following:

A valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) — View Sample COI | View Insurance Requirements
The name and contact information of a primary and secondary onsite supervisor
Acknowledgement that you have read, understand and agree to follow all of the Official Rules, Regulations, and Policies

Note: The Certificate of Insurance must name the National Association of Home Builders; its Directors, Officers, Agents and Employees; Las Vegas Convention Center; and Freeman as additional insured from February 21-March 3, 2024.
