ICS comprises of two companies-- ICS Tax, LLC and ICS Inspectors, LLC. ICS Tax is a consulting firm providing innovative tax planning strategies. ICS collaborates with taxpayers and their tax professionals to identify credits and incentives that reduce tax liability and increase profitability. ICS Inspectors is a national provider of HERS services for building code compliance, the 45L Tax Credit, EnergyStar, the DOE Zero Energy Ready Home program, and local energy rebate programs. 

Our firm's distinction lies in the integration of Energy Efficiency Inspection services with a specialized Tax Consulting team. All our Inspectors and Tax Experts are in-house at ICS. We collaborate with builders and developers of various scales, from those building annually to nationally renowned.
