Alufem Aluminium is located in the Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone in a closed area of 24.000 m². We also have a 20.000m²  Metaland Factory.

Alufem Aluminium provides services within a customer-oriented, fast, and innovative approach with its extrusion press lines, polishing surface treatment machines, anodizing facilities, vertical electrostatic powder coating plant, CNC mechanical processing centers, assembly lines, and expert teams.

Our company, with 1.100 US Ton (5’’), 2000 US Ton (7’’), and 3600 MTon (10’’) extrusion press lines, has a capacity of annually producing over 25.000 tons of aluminium profiles of various alloys in hardness grades of T0, T4, T5, and T6.

In our anodizing facility, we can perform matte, glossy, and satin finish plating up to a length of 7.5 meters with a capacity of 4.000.000 m²/year. With our tin sulfate and nickel sulfate baths, we can meet customers' coloring requests ranging from light bronze to black in hardness grades of T0, T4, T5, and T6.

Our vertical powder coating facility serves in all RAL codes and architectural coating paints with 16.000 ton/year capacity. Our powder coating facility is designed to be isolated from external environmental effects; our production is carried out through a fully automatic process-controlled cabin system.

Our electrostatic powder coating facility serves in all RAL codes and architectural coating paints with a 4.000 ton/year capacity. Our powder coating facility is designed to be isolated from external environmental effects; our production is carried out through a fully automatic process-controlled cabin system.

With our 3 and 4-axis CNC profile machining centers, angled double - headed precision - cutting saws, and process specific custom machining lines we carry out mechanical processes that our clients need with delicacy and speed within our facilities, such as performing profile cutting, notching, drilling, countersinking, threading operations.

We carry out mold correction and maintenance operations using modern techniques with our staff with more than 30 years of experience.

As an indication of its understanding that the ALUFEM brand values the environment and people, it has commissioned the most possible modern purification facility in today’s conditions that has an annual capacity of 132.000 m³.
