I also oversee upgrade options, strategically managing take rates and margins to maximize both buyer appeal and company profitability. I carefully balance affordability and quality to ensure our selections enhance both buyer satisfaction and company profitability. Additionally, I play a key role in implementing new software solutions to keep the company innovative in today’s evolving home sales market.
