Paul Karrer has served as Program Manager for Energy Codes and Standards at NAHB since March 2023. He has been been involved with sustainable, energy-efficient, and high performance building policies with particular expertise in U.S. building energy code policy at the national, state, and municipal levels. He has over 15 years of experience in the environmental and sustainability non-profit world in policy analysis, policy advocacy, policy development, project management, and volunteer member management. His previous work experience ranges from academia to congressional and state-level party politics.
