After spending 12 years as the owner of a residential remodeling firm in Wilmington, DE, Steve Wheeler now works with remodeling business owners from across the US & Canada, helping them improve process and increase profit. Steve is the Executive Director of Roundtables at Remodelers Advantage Inc., a frequent speaker at many industry-related events and is the co-host of the Why We Build Podcast, a weekly podcast that focuses solely on the production side of a remodeling business. Steve has a true passion for the remodeling industry and is focused on helping companies avoid common mistakes and achieve success through shared experiences.
