The 55+ Housing Central is the core activity for attendees who are actively involved in developing communities for this growing demographic. These builders are interested in education, advocacy and networking, as well as Universal Design products and issues surrounding lifestyle design and mobility. The 55+ Housing Central offers the opportunity for high visibility and deep engagement with this influential industry segment.

In 2025, 55+ Housing Central received 679 unique visitors, who accounted for 989 total visits during the three days of the Show.
