She earned her reputation as "The Queen" an Award Winning Top Performer, always ranking in the top 1% of sales production for any company she worked for, sometimes closing 80 homes per month. There isn't a situation she hasn't encountered in the Building business. She has shared her knowledge as a Manager, Regional Manager and then a National Director until finally sharing her wisdom as a Certified Sales Coach and Builder / Lender Consultant for Real Estate Professionals. She is an accomplished Speaker, four-time Author, California Broker and holds her MIRM and CMP from NAHB. She is founder and owns Home Builders Edge a Consulting and Coaching firm for Home Builders and Home Builders Edge School where New Home Sales Agents can find online training and certifications at their fingertips. She is tenacious, to the point and speaks in a simplistic sales language that sales people understand. In her latest book, Secrets of Top Producers, Shirleen teaches selling techniques to New Home Sales Professionals with her no nonsense, sales skills.
Shirleen is a published Author and also writes sales articles for NAHB'’s National Sales and Marketing Channel and Idea's magazine, National Mortgage Professional Magazine, Mortgage Executive Magazine, Metropolitan Builder and many other builder industry trade magazines.
