Clay Nelson Life Balance
Clay Nelson is a leadership development specialist and executive mentor and the founder of Clay Nelson Life Balance. He specializes in helping building industry professionals, and their teams, reach their greatest potential in both their professional and personal lives. As a former “nail belt wearing” contractor who successfully led his own construction company for over 14 years, Mr. Nelson’s experience enables him to relate to the work and life issues that industry leaders deal with each and every day. Clay has more than 35 years of experience as a business coach, and his coaching philosophy helps build synergy between the work his clients do and the lives they live, as well as accountability for learning, growing, and empowering those around them—all of which creates overall greater life satisfaction and more efficient, effective, and profitable businesses. In addition to being an experienced contractor and executive development mentor, Clay is also a co-author of The Change 7: Insights into Self Empowerment with personal development powerhouses, Jim Britt and Jim Lutes. He is also the author of several workbook guides on the topics of Business Planning, Marketing, and Personal and Business Accountability, ebooks on the topics of work-life balance and Life Planning, an online newsletter, and an educational audio series.
