Serving as Business Unit Leader for Bolt and BuildTools at ECI Software Solutions, Bob Cain is responsible for customer experience, business expansion, team growth, software development, and daily operations. Bob brings over 25 years of experience in residential construction to these business units. Prior to taking this position, he previously held senior-level leadership positions in Consulting, Implementation, Marketing, and Sales for MarkSystems®, ECI’s flagship ERP for residential semi-custom/production home builders. Bob has also been involved in his local Home Builder Associations, BLSJ, and NJBA since 2004 serving as Committee Chair on the Leadership Development Committee as well as 2nd Associate VP. He also earned a Certified Graduate Associate (CGA) designation from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and is a Certified NAHB Instructor with the University of Housing. Bob received his bachelor’s degree from The College of New Jersey with a major in Business Information Systems Management and his associate degree from Rowan College at Burlington County in Liberal Arts and Science. Bob has a wife, three kids, and a dog. He is active in his community’s youth sports programs. Bob is a Rutgers Certified youth coach and a board member for his town's youth football program. He is currently coaching tackle football and travel softball for teams in which his children participate.
