Greg brings 35 years of architectural experience. His wide-ranging practice has included work in rental and for sale residential design, including market-rate-single and multi-family development, affordable housing, adaptive re-use, mixed-use, urban and suburban infill, active adult, senior housing and continuing-care retirement communities, hospitality and recreational facilities, and historic rehabilitation.
Greg served as architectural lead on the traditional neighborhood design charrettes for Forester Square in Auburn Hills MI; Water Street in Ypsilanti, MI and Waterside in Bensalem , PA. his designs are also represented in the architecture of the award-winning Cherry Hill Village in Canton, MI. Recent awards; HBAs of Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Bucks County, PA Synergy Awards: 2017, Danley townhomes best townhome under 2500 square feet; 2016 Waterside Community of the year and Best Townhome; 2015: Arbor Mews Best Affordable Housing Community; and Connecticut HBRA 2016 Best Green Energy-Efficient Single Family Community and Affordable Zero-Energy Home.
