Allison Paul is a licensed Architect registered in 19 states and has more than 18 years of experience in the industry from project conception through completion. She has a unique perspective on design having studied and lived overseas, in addition to more than half a dozen years of experience with international clients across the globe as well as practical and educational experience in interior design. As Principal of the Single Family and Townhome Division, Allison is responsible for the growth and expansion of the department along with developing and overseeing the design. She plays an integral role in marketing new business opportunities for the department and developing client relationships, while managing all aspects of the project, team performance and budget. Her skills in design and delivery in addition to her ability to establish client relationships and focus on the details is unmatched. Allison’s design experience includes conceptual land planning, various residential typologies ranging from market rate to in-fill, single family and townhomes, active adult, redevelopment and affordable housing, as well as recreation and community centers. Allison earned her Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California and has a Master of Interior Design from the Florence Design Academy in Florence, Italy. She is LEED AP, part of the AIA, NAHB and an active member of NVBIA’s WBI group.
