What It's About:

Builders must be able to effectively communicate to their customers what a floorplan will look like once it is built. Yet, using 2D floorplans for this purpose often leads to confusion, misunderstandings and even frustration between the customer and the builder as most people simply cannot visualize what a home will look like from 2D floorplans and finish samples alone. In this interactive session, see first-hand how 3D interactive and virtual reality (VR) technologies help builders accelerate sales and engage home buyers. You'll learn how to leverage emerging technologies and VR as part of your marketing strategy and win buyers with immersive floor plans and buying experiences.

Following the session, you are invited to participate in a VR demonstration and review one-on-one or in small groups with David how VR and interactive 3D technologies can help your development come to life.

How to Attend:
