What It's About:

Do you use a project management software and QuickBooks, but not sure how to make everything talk to each other? Would you like to start job costing, but aren't certain of where to start? This Tech Byte will show you the proper way to perform job costing using QuickBooks and project management software. You'll learn what to consider when setting up cost codes, how integration works and what the everyday workflow looks like.

Office Hours with Karine:
Following the session, you're invited to work one-on-one or in small groups with Karine to have her review your QuickBooks/software setup for financial integration. Karine will also answer questions about the various project management software options available.

What You'll Learn:

  • Gain an understanding why job costing is important and what you need to get started.
  • Learn how to integrate 3rd party project management software and QuickBooks.
  • Discover how to setup everyday workflow between the two software applications.

How to Attend:

Participants must be registered for a full registration package or a 1-day education with expo pass package valid for the day of the session they wish to attend. Seating for Tech Bytes sessions will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
