What It's About:

This session focuses on design elements to suit a client with a smaller home in mind. Special emphasis will be placed on unique storage solutions, taking advantage of under-utilized spaces (such as under-stair nooks) and ways to make confined spaces feel larger. Learn from the experts in this floor plan size as they provide thoughtful approaches to potentially tricky plans so that you don’t waste another inch.

What You'll Learn:

  • Identify and prioritize buyers’ needs when living in a smaller home
  • Explore highly sought after storage solutions in limited square footages
  • Describe different layouts depending on lot shape, neighboring homes, and number of stories

How to Attend:

Participants must be registered for a full registration package or a 1-day education with expo pass package valid for the day of the session they wish to attend. Seating for Building Knowledge sessions will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
