What It's About:

With a decrease of “near me” searches from mobile devices, it’s important to appear in more location-based search results pages, including Google’s map listings. In this session, a veteran internet marketer will discuss ways to improve your chances of ranking higher in SERPs based on your proximity to a user’s search location. Actionable takeaways will be shared for creating a cohesive local presence across major citation directories, with step-by-step examples to manage multiple locations. Strategies will also be shared to capture the mobile-first generation, plus which metrics to focus on when tracking results.

What You'll Learn:

  • Gain insight on local, mobile trends and how they affect the home improvement industry.
  • Discover the importance of capturing the mobile-first generation during their initial online search.
  • Learn about free tools to set up and manage multiple location listings and how to track results.

How to Attend:

Participants must be registered for a full registration package or a 1-day education with expo pass package valid for the day of the session they wish to attend. Seating for Building Knowledge sessions will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
