What It's About:
Technology is everywhere. It’s a key to maximizing productivity of trades and a new way to attract more customers, but what builder hasn’t bought software, only to cast it aside months later because no one will use it? This is because buying technology is only half the battle. Implementation is where most builders fail. To get your clients and trades to actually use it, you must focus on using good old fashioned salesmanship, negotiation and other soft skills. In this session, you’ll learn the areas where builders often go wrong with technology, hear real-life stories and leave with a smart plan to approach technology with your prospects, clients and trades to close more sales and maximize efficiency in running your jobs.
What You'll Learn:
Learn how to use technology in your sales process so it resonates with prospects and entices them to take action.
Determine the best way to get your trades—even the most technophobic on your list—to use your technology.
Discover ways to get your clients engaged and over the hurdles of learning a new technology.
How to Attend:
Participants must be registered for a full registration package or a 1-day education with expo pass package valid for the day of the session they wish to attend. Seating for Building Knowledge sessions will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
