This session, back by popular demand, will reveal the six basic negative personality types and teach you how to increase your skill level in effectively dealing with them. Gain an increased awareness of why difficult personality types act the way they do, and how to successfully implement strategies and techniques to stay empowered and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Learn how to get past frustrations and other issues as so to communicate effectively with coworkers, management and customers.
  • Gain an understanding of how to react to certain personalities and types of behavior.
