• NAHB has arranged for HotelPlanner to offer IBS Attendees & Exhibitors the opportunity to book rooms now that the Official IBS 2026 room block has closed.
• HotelPlanner will present all options they have available in Orlando and the surrounding area including many hotels that are not Official IBS hotels and do not have shuttle service on Show days to the convention center. Booked a hotel through registration?

If you already made a reservation through the NAHB block and need to make changes or cancel your reservations, please note the following important dates:

Beginning January 29, 2026 - You must contact the hotel directly to cancel or modify room reservations. If you fail to cancel a room reservation in accordance with the hotel cancellation policy listed on your IBS confirmation, then the hotel will charge you one night’s room and tax on the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. NAHB will not be responsible for any penalties related to failure to cancel a reservation.

On or after February 4, 2026 - Hotel confirmation numbers will be uploaded into your Housing and Registration Dashboard by this date for your access and convenience.
