Frank Muscarella, VP of Trainiing & Developmet at Tradesmen International. I have over 40 years of residential and commerical construction experience with an emphasis in Construction Labor Management. I have spent the last 25 years at Tradesmen International helping our clients apply proven labor strategies that increase productivity and reduce risk on a per project basis. My goal is to continue this work in labor management into our vertical markets; industrial, manufacturing, and power generation. In my current role, I have trainined over 1400 Account Executives and over 500 People Leaders in this discipline. I love what I do and, continue to learn everday from our craft workers and clients as to what the challenges are on today's job sites and in our faclities.
