Katie Lancianese joined The Gables Management Company in January 2020 as Director of Development. Katie is currently the President of New Leaf Ventures, the real estate development arm of Gables Management Company. She started the vertical construction side of the business that focuses on lifesyle product as a complement to the company's portfolio of assisted living facilities. Katie has nearly 15 years of residential and healthcare development experience with 15 of those years working for Wojno Development building residential and medical office buildings and specialty hospitals in Northeast Ohio. Responsibilities include real estate acquisition, entitlement and land development. Katie currently lives in Copley with her husband and their 4 children
