Kristin is a dynamic leader that has excelled in the residential building industry for more than 16 years. Her multi -faceted experience includes design, sales and marketing management. She is responsible for the opening of 3 Design Studios, as well as achieving and exceeding 10 million in option sales revenue. Kristin joins Builders Design as our new Regional VP of Client Development for the Florida market. Her focus will be on cultivating new client relationships and ensuring each client’s objectives are met throughout the entire project. Kristin’s extensive background in the homebuilding industry provides a firsthand approach to the latest market research and design trends for our clients. In collaboration with the design and marketing team Kristin provides the communication needed to execute a seamless experience with the primary goal to delight our builder and developer partners.
