What It's About
Kitchens and primary living areas get all the headlines, but it’s the small, auxiliary and often multi-use rooms that can significantly impact a home's appeal to potential buyers and become the difference-maker in getting the sale. This fast-paced Learning Lab looks at four of the smaller, yet hardest-working spaces in our homes today—bathrooms, family flex rooms, fitness and wellness rooms, and indoor/outdoor connections. Speakers will take the stage for 12-minutes a piece to highlight the must-have features, functions, materials, technologies and more. Come learn a thoughtful approach for designing and efficiently incorporating these in-demand spaces into your floor plans while still delivering the practicality, creativity, luxury and charm buyers want.
What You’ll Learn
