    Technology is having a huge impact on adding value and appeal for buyers, so those designing and building the modern home must address these trends to be successful. But what do buyer’s want, where in the process does tech integration occur, what's the right investment? This Jam(b) session brings together three unique perspectives—a home builder, application technologist and technology infrastructure provider—for an open conversation about what you should be considering when it comes to design-build strategy and future proofing your homes with technology. They’ll explore how tech advances will impact your business model, build and bottom line, and answer your questions on topics such as structured wiring, resiliency, conservation, energy management, wellness strategies, entertainment, security and more.
